A sensory experience
Rimessa Roscioli is an informal space dedicated to the Wine and Food Tasting Dinner.
During February and March, in a beautiful room with a 16th century fresco ceiling, our tasting will take place at Hotel Columbus in Sala Salviati.
This group tasting dinner is a chance to experience the flavors of different regions of Italy, hosted by our team of professional sommeliers.
From April we will be in a new location, steps from Campo di Fiori and Ristorante Roscioli. Our group tasting will take place at the new Rimessa Roscioli, Via del Conservatorio.
“I decided to create an educational and convivial lab related to the world of wine and food, involving studies, courses and wine tasting, and, I confess, even to have fun with wine lovers and friends”. That’s how Alessandro Pepe, top-sommelier of Roscioli, describes the Rimessa project.

With the passing of time we started using a manylocations, the elegant private room inside Roscioli Caffè, the marvelous frescoed hall of the restaurant “La Veranda” at the Hotel Columbus, the bucolic and charming venue of “Colonna Resort Labico”, the modern boat restaurant “Baja” and the Garden of the Basilic Sant’Alessio.

The Rimessa is a place frequented both by customers of the Restaurant Salumeria Roscioli who are searching for a deeper experience related to wine, and also by tourists interested in tasting the best of Italian products, such as wine, cheese, salami, balsamic vinegar and olive oil, all under the guide of a wine expert.
Differt tasting experiences
There are five different options designed to suit your desires.
Each tasting is led by highly qualified and dynamic sommeliers, presenting an overview of products chosen specifically for the occasion.
For a casual experience and the most flexibility with time, preferences and budget, our Aperitif and Tasting Bar Tasting are the best options. Here the tasting is held at our bar, and you choose the number of wines, type of wines, and length of time you would like to stay. The Wine & Food Tasting Dinner is a more structured evening, but gives you the chance to learn in a group setting and meet people from other cultures. The private tastings are organized according to the needs and demands of the customer.
Themed tastings are educational journeys through the wine terroir, both Italian and international, with experts specifically called for the event.
