With our expertise of our chef Tommaso, learn how to prepare traditional Roman dishes that have made Roscioli a must-do destination for travelers from around the world, including meatballs, pasta (Amatriciana, Carbonara and Cacio e Pepe) and tiramisu. Groups are usually small, giving you an intimate experience with our chef. This will be part hands-on and part demonstration.
This is not just a cooking class, but also includes a wine tasting and pairing with the various dishes that you prepare together making for a late lunch or early dinner – come hungry! All pairings will be explained by our professional sommelier, since no Italian dish is complete without the proper wine pairing.
Continue your experience at home! At the end, you will also be able to purchase many of the artisan ingredients and products that you worked with, along with our pasta kits and wine, to easily make them when you return.
