With our chef Tommaso, learn how to prepare traditional Roman dishes including meatballs, pasta (Amatriciana, Carbonara and Cacio e Pepe) and tiramisu. This will be part hands-on and part demonstration.
This is not just a cooking class, but also includes a wine tasting and pairing lunch with fresh mozzarella and burrata, various cheeses and a traditional plate of pasta that you’ll cook together.
At the end, you will also be able to purchase many of the artisan products that you worked with and our pasta kits to easily make the dishes when at home.
